Weekly Yoga

Friday yoga classes 9am-10am.

Please arrive at least a few minutes early to set up your mat and settle in for an hour of Erin’s mindful movement and meditation.

BYO mat preferred as we continue to promote a healthy environment for all. 

Erin’s Friday yoga classes are held in the Wellbeing Center, located at the end of the second car park area (down the stairs to the left). 

The Big Love Cafe will be open for chai, coffee, tea and some delicious treats (no lunch meals available).

$12 facility fee (can be paid by card at reception upon arrival or in cash before class), with all proceeds going to Chenrezig Institute.

A Big Thanks to Erin for continuing these popular classes for the benefit of the people who attend and Chenrezig Institute.

Yoga with Olivia Shanti

Description:

Olivia’s classes are suitable for beginners to advances students. Her aspiration is to support Human beings to navigate stress and chaos and find inner peace. These classes will leave you feeling energized through the whole body with a calm mind. 

Each class will be different as students explore different modalities: Mindfulness, Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Yin & Vinyasa Yoga (energises the body), Kriya Yoga (activates prana energy), Kundalini Yoga, Ancient Indian Warrior Yoga, basic & advanced Pranayama, Ancient Tibetan Tantric Meditation, Relaxation &  Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra.

Arrive at least five minutes early, set up your mat and settle in.

About Olivia 

Olivia Shanti is known for offering the essence of Meditation and Yoga from Ancient teachings in this modern world to maintain a healthy Mind & Body and facilitate rapid transformation.  Olivia has developed her understanding of Yoga, Pranayama, Mindfulness Meditation, Tantric Tibetan Meditation teaching & practice, Life & Wellness over 30 years of experience.
