Yin yoga is a perfect counterbalance for us in our busy lives, by allowing us to drop into ‘being’ rather than ‘doing’ to create a sense of calmness and stillness in both the body and mind. Through the practice of Yin yoga and awareness of the breath, we can successfully combine both asanas and meditation into a deeply transformative practice.
