Join us at the Big Love Cafe for an enchanting summer evening of live background music (accoustic guitar with Buddhist mantra and flute sounds, performed by Chenrezig Institute’s staff and volunteers) and and an exquisite vegetarian dinner crafted by master Tibetan chef Jampa from Spirit of Tibet.

Moghu(mild)
Mushrooms and lightly toasted cashew nuts form the bass of this dish. Cooked with potatoes, peas, fresh herbs and spices in a coconut cream sauce.
Dofu curry (mild)
A very popular curry with unique texture and flavour. Cooked with green vegetable, soft tofu, fresh herbs, pesto and pine nuts.
Potato, chickpea and mushroom curry (mild)
Potato, chickpeas, mushrooms cooked in a housemade spice sauce.
Mixed Veggie Curry (mild)
Broccoli, zucchini, sweet potato, cauliflower, pumpkin, garlic, onions, ginger, chopped tomatoes and house curry sauce
