None of us is truly alone.
Not the old Urban Hermit living alone in a big city. Even the solitary yogi in a remote Himalayan cave is connected – first to herself and to family left behind; then to environment and the creatures in it, to those upon whom she relies for food; and beyond to everyone and everything in the entire Universe.
This weekend we will explore these Connections, sitting still on our meditation seats.
Alone with others. And, never truly alone. Always at One.
Some conversation, some Q&A, and lots of meditation.
Suitable for practitioners at any level, including (especially) first-time beginners. Just bring your body and mind.

She remained a nun for 9 years and has lived in Australia since 1985. TY has taught at Chenrezig Institute many times over a long time on subjects as diverse as Introduction to Meditation and Mahamudra and has led various tantric retreats.
Never let finances get in the way of your listening to the Dharma, but please donate what you can to enable Chenrezig Institute to continue to offer these teachings at the centre and online. Sangha are invited to attend our courses free of charge but are always requested to register.
