3 Nyung Na Retreat with Ven. Ailsa
20 May @ 5:30 pm - 27 May @ 9:00 am AEST
yung Na retreat is a two-day meditation, fasting and purification practice related to Thousand-Armed Chenrezig, the Buddha of Compassion. It is an extremely powerful way to heal illnesses, purify negative karma and open the heart to compassion. It is an effective spiritual, mental and physical detox. Each two-day Nyung Na involves taking the eight Mahayana precepts and doing prayers, mantra recitations and prostrations. The second day includes silence and fasting for 24 hours (taking no food or water).
We will give priority to participants who choose to complete all three (two-day) retreats, but you are welcome to participate in any single (two-day) retreat as bookings allow. Even doing just one Nyung Na is an extremely powerful method of cleansing negativity and accumulating merit. No specific empowerments are needed.
yung Na schedule as follows:
Introduction – 20 May 6.30 pm
Nyung Na 1 – 21 May 5.00 am – 23 May 7.00 am
Nyung Na 2 – 23 May 5.00 am – 25 May 7.00 am
