The Weekly Schedule
Chenrezig Institute offers several weekday classes and meditation sessions throughout the year. These are open to the public and are suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
There is no charge for attending, and there is no need to book. You can attend on a regular basis or drop-in whenever you have time. The current schedule is below, but please check our calendar beforehand as sometimes sessions are suspended during retreats. [/column]

If you’re planning to visit the centre during the day and think you might like to join us for a meal, please book for lunch or supper.
Coffee, chai and homemade cake are available in the cafe from Wednesday to Sunday without prior booking.[/column][/section]

There are also a variety of monthly Pujas (chanted prayer sessions) performed during the month on particular days according to the Tibetan lunar calendar. Anyone is welcome to attend – even if just to see what it’s all about. There is no charge and no need to book.
