Everyday we are under siege from emotions such as anger and attachment or lost in stories about the past or future.  We so readily blame our external conditions, the people around us or our environment for any suffering that we experience.  If we wish to be free from suffering we must confront this internal chaos, identify its causes and truly face the madness within.

Star of the award winning documentary ‘Chasing Buddha’ Venerable Robina Courtin is an entertaining and at times challenging speaker.  She has been a nun in the Tibetan tradition for over 27 years and is Director of the Liberation Prison Project, based in the United States and Australia, which takes care of the spiritual needs of more than 3,500 prisoners in 500 institutions, many on death row.  She is an extraordinary woman with boundless energy and charisma and her style when teaching the Dharma is sparklingly clear, direct and compassionate.
