Yangsi Rinpoche in Practicing the Path ~ A Commentary on the LAM RIM CHEN MO says this about the 10 Innermost Jewels of the Kadampas in Part 2 The Foundation of Practicing the Lam Rim.
~One of the most profound methods to eliminate the thought that is consumed only with the concerns of this life~which is the cause of so much suffering~is the practice of the ten innermost jewels. This practice originated with the Kadampa Geshes, whose tradition is rooted in the works of the great Atisha and his disciple Dromtonpa. The practice of the ten innermost jewels is made up of four entrustments, three vajras, and three types of expulsion~.

- How to Develop the Six Perfections

A general teaching suitable for all A bodhisattva is the heroic figure in Mahayana Buddhism who vows to become a buddha in order to be of greatest benefit to all living beings. The six perfections is the way such a person trains. They are: generosity, ethics, patience, joyous effort, concentration and wisdom.
Geshe Jamyang will define the perfections and the different ways to put them into practice in daily life — how to start, and how to deepen our practice — and the pitfalls to avoid along the way.
The weekend includes teachings with Geshe Jamyang, assisted by Western Teacher Venerable Tsepal, and also discussion and meditation.
